Ticket Policy
Box Office
Our Box Office is located on the right side of BPACC's lobby and can be reached at (901) 385-5588. The Box Office is open from 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday.
Our Online Box Office can be found at https://bpacc.my.salesforce-sites.com/ticket/#/. Online ticket sales for an event close three hours prior to the performance time. The Box Office reopens for walk-up ticket sales one hour prior to the performance.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets unless a performance has been canceled or rescheduled.
Everyone requires a ticket for admission, regardless of age.
There is a $5 charge for ticket exchanges. Exchanges are based on availability and must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the performance. To exchange your tickets, contact the Box Office. Printed tickets must be brought to the Box Office for exchange.
Third-Party Ticket Purchases
The only tickets valid at BPACC are those purchased through our Box Office, whether that is online, by phone, or in person. BPACC does not offer support for any third-party ticketing services, such as ticket brokers or online resale marketplaces. BPACC is not responsible for third-party ticket purchases. BPACC cannot refund or replace tickets purchased through a third party.
Please be aware that all third-party ticket sales are unaffiliated with BPACC. Using a ticket reselling platform carries large risk and inflated pricing with no guarantee of admission. Communication regarding canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise changed performances will not reach those who have purchased tickets through a third party.
Altering, redacting, or otherwise editing the content of tickets after purchase will render tickets inadmissible. Please contact the Box Office with proof of purchase through an authorized channel to receive a new copy of your tickets.
Accepted Payment Methods
The Box Office accepts cards, cash, and checks. We do not charge card processing fees. Whether you're buying tickets with a card, cash, or check, the price is the same.
Checks are not accepted the week of a performance. Returned checks will incur a $20 fee.
Supported Delivery Methods
Tickets purchased in person at the Box Office may be printed, emailed, or designated as Will Call. Tickets purchased online or by phone may be emailed or designated as Will Call.
If you choose email as your delivery method, your tickets will be available in the order confirmation email from boxoffice@cityofbartlett.org (titled "Your order has been submitted"). To access your tickets, please click the "View your tickets" button. From there, you can either add your tickets to a mobile wallet like Google Wallet or Apple Wallet or print them. Please make sure that the QR Code is visible for admission to the event(s).
Tickets designated as Will Call will be available an hour prior to the performance. To pick up your tickets, please provide your name at the Will Call table on the right side of the lobby.
Mobile Tickets
As of January 2024, BPACC offers mobile tickets sent via email. Our tickets can now be added to digital wallets like Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Our ticket platform does not currently support "sharing" tickets. If you would like your guest to present their own ticket, please screenshot the ticket and share via text or email with your guest.
Please keep in mind that Google Wallet does not support adding tickets to multiple wallets; if you need to move a ticket from one wallet to another, please remove the ticket from the original wallet.
If you are experiencing problems when trying to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet, please open your ticketing link in Safari and try again. To open your ticket link, please hold down the "View Your Tickets" button until you see "Copy Link." Once you navigate to the address bar in Safari, hold down until you can hit "Paste."
Canceled or Rescheduled Performances
If a performance has been canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email.
Refunds due to cancelation or rescheduling will be issued either to the card used for purchase or by a City of Bartlett check mailed to the address on file.
Season Subscriptions and Discounts
When you buy tickets to at least five different shows at once, you'll become a Season Subscriber and receive 25% off the cost of tickets for the remainder of the season. If you are purchasing your subscription online, please make sure to enter the discount code PICK5 at the time of purchase as it will not be automatically applied.
Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more people. To purchase group tickets, please contact the Box Office or use discount code GROUP online.
Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Discounts are not applied automatically.
